Jaws Restaurant Group, established in 1995, is a renowned name in the Australian food industry. The group comprises Hiro International Pty Ltd, Mariko Corporation Pty Ltd, and Masa Investments Pty Ltd. With a staff of 70, we operate three restaurants and take-away shops in Perth - Jaws Town Hall, Jaws Hay Street Mall, and Jaws East Perth.
Our journey began in November 1995 with the opening of the first Kaiten Sushi (Conveyor Belt Sushi style) restaurant in Hay Street Mall, Perth. This marked a unique beginning in Australia, offering a bright, clean interior, great fresh food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Over the years, we have grown into a leading Sushi restaurant and take-away shop in Western Australia, continually striving to meet the needs and trends of the public.
Our Corporate Philosophy

We maintain a team of qualified Japanese sushi chefs on a full-time basis to ensure consistency in our services. We encourage the development and training of all staff and pursue increased productivity by reducing personnel expenses through the acquisition of imported good quality commercial machinery from Japan. We visit public and private schools around Perth, teaching sushi making and helping students understand Japanese food, culture, and customs.
