Our Services
Our services encompass a wide range of veterinary care, including consultations, health checks, pet vaccinations, pet microchipping, pet dental care, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine, pet nutrition advice, pet rehabilitation, and pet euthanasia. We also offer desexing, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, radiographs, X-rays, ultrasonography, and in-house laboratory testing. For our large animal clients, we provide dairy and beef consultancy advice, bovine ultrasound pregnancy testing, bull fertility and testing, tipper crush, and lameness management.

Our Clinics
We operate three clinics in Willunga, Aldinga, and Mount Compass, each equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Our clinics are open Monday to Friday, with Saturday morning appointments available at our Willunga and Aldinga clinics. Emergency services are available during opening hours, and our Mount Compass clinic provides 24-hour emergency services for large farm animals.
Our History
Willunga Veterinary Hospital has been operational since the 1970s, and in 2011, it merged with Aldinga Veterinary Hospital. In 2023, the large animal side of the practice branched off to create Mount Compass Large Animal Veterinary Services. Today, we are proud to support over 40 staff across our three sites, and we are accredited as a testament to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our practice.
