Unsatisfactory Patient Care and Unprofessional Staff Behavior
Many patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the services provided at the clinic. One of the main issues is the unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly at the reception desk. A patient described the staff as "absolutely herendous" and lacking in good service standards.
Poor Communication and Lack of Compassion
