One of our notable projects is the Goddard Residence, located in the charming coastal town of San Remo in Victoria's Bass Coast. This stunning home overlooks the Bass Strait and Western Port Bay, presenting an unassuming modern styling from the access road on the northern side, while strategically concealing its coastal aspects to the south. Utilising mixed materials and clever design, the fully double-glazed boardwalk entrance draws focus, with the entry and garden spectacularly lit at night. The warm welcoming atmosphere, combined with beautiful gardens, sets the home back into the property, creating a cohesive and enjoyable living space for the family.

Another significant project is the Hill Residence, located on the suburban fringe of the Leongatha Township in the dairy region of South Gippsland, Victoria. The home sits atop the north-west hills on a wedge-shaped block overlooking the town, providing multiple viewing aspects of the town and extended farmland from within specific areas of the home. The clean modern lines are combined with older bagged style rendering, merging aesthetics of old and new. The house was designed to provide multiple viewing aspects and maximise the floor area in relation to the usable green space, creating a sizeable back yard.

At Evans Studios, we also offer our services for community spaces and facilities, such as the conceptual Murrays Bay change facility in New Zealand. This facility was designed to replace an existing underused and deteriorating change facility located near the main beach front access of Murrays Bay. The facility was designed to cater to the community's needs, showcasing our ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.
