Locks Constructions, a distinguished and nationally-awarded building firm, has been serving the Wimmera region since 1995. What started as a partnership among three local Horsham builders, Louis Krelle, Stephen Wik, and Craig O'Connor, has now grown into one of the most respected building firms in the area. The company's name, "LOCKS", is an acronym derived from the founders' initials and symbolizes the unity and collaboration of the three partners and their wives in establishing this highly respected firm.

In the early years, Locks Constructions faced a number of challenges, including distance from specialist suppliers in cities, long tendering processes, and the initial difficulties of starting a new enterprise. Despite these challenges, the founders' steadfast perseverance eventually paid off as the company began to gain recognition for its excellent workmanship in the region, earning several awards throughout the years. As the business gained traction and the volume of projects won increased, the team continued to expand, leading to a now large team of skilled carpenters, bricklayers, concreters, and apprentices. Additionally, Locks Construction offers an in-house ArchiCAD design service, providing clients with an integrated design and construction experience.
