Wedding Venue Experience
Whitfield House, located in the Botanic gardens, has received mixed reviews from couples who have had their weddings there. Rowan Harrison and Digital both gave 5-star reviews, praising the venue for its beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly service. They noted that the house works extremely well for weddings and would definitely recommend it to others.
Disappointing Experience
However, Tim Kingston had a very different experience. He gave a 1-star review and described the service he received as "absolutely disgusting and unprofessional". He felt that the manager was unwilling to show them around the premises, telling them to book via email prior to viewing, and only offered to show photos on the website. Tim was left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
