Severe Complications with EnVogue Skin's PDO Threads
The reviewer, Julie, has shared a horrific experience with EnVogue Skin's PDO threads, which has left her severely disfigured and suffering from facial swelling and pain. The procedure was performed by Dr Kristen Johansen of Southern Cosmetics, Sandringham, Melbourne.
Lack of Transparency and Support
Julie was refused information about the dissolve time of the PDO threads by EnVogue Skin, including CEO Ian Carroll, despite her severe medical situation. She was also denied the manufacturer's contact details, which she wanted to inform them about the complications she experienced. The sales reps even blocked her on Instagram after reading her message.
Allegations of Negligence
Julie claims that EnVogue Skin is hiding crucial information about their product and is selling it to incompetent cosmetic doctors who can cause harm to patients. She has not been able to leave her house in 7 months due to her condition and is unsure about her prognosis.
