Food Quality Issues
There were several complaints about the food quality. The Parmy was described as very dry and topped with the same sauce as the kids' spaghetti bolognese. The chips were considered low quality and packet chips. A Thai beef salad was described as a Thai beef soup with too much sauce and not edible. The food quality has been a significant issue for several customers, including the quality of the steak and sauces.
Poor Service and Long Waiting Times
Long waiting times for food and poor service have also been mentioned. A customer waited for 45 minutes for lunch, and the lasagna was microwaved for too long, resulting in a soup-like consistency. The staff seemed unbothered by the issues and took a long time to reheat food. Another customer had to wait for a Parmi to be reheated, but it took too long, and they left.
