Our group of surgeons with subspecialty interests offers a comprehensive sports injury and orthopaedic surgery service. With a base in Southport, we regularly treat patients from the entire Gold Coast as well as surrounding areas including Northern NSW, the Gold Coast Hinterland, and the Beaudesert shire.

Dr. Rando and Dr. Matthew Alfredson have received praise for their professionalism and the positive impact they've had on patients' lives. Dr. Gallie and Erin were also commended for their excellent service.
Negative Feedback
However, Dr. Galli has been criticized for his rude and arrogant demeanor. A patient reported that he was not attentive to their elbow problems, despite being referred to him as a knee specialist. He was also accused of providing a false report to work cover. The receptionist at CoastOrthapedics was also criticized for poor customer service skills.
