Our Acupressure and Shiatsu service involves the direct, focused application of pressure to points of muscular tension in the body, often used within the context of a full acupuncture treatment or as a stand-alone treatment. Our Chinese Herbal Medicine service utilises a range of herbs and minerals to regulate human metabolism and support the function of the internal organs. The herbs we use are sourced from high-quality suppliers in Taiwan and are mixed with hot water to make surprisingly good-tasting teas!

Our Somatic Psychotherapy service aims to liberate the body from unconscious tension patterns and bring insight, understanding, and greater contentment into our lives. Our team consists of experienced and qualified health care practitioners, including Damian Carey, Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner, and Ivan Folghera, Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Our practitioners have undergone extensive training and have a deep understanding of Classical Chinese Medicine and contemporary Psychotherapy skills.
