Quality of Service
The reviews for WeDo are mixed, with some customers expressing extreme satisfaction and others detailing severe issues with their service.
Problems with Installation
Andrea Faustina Krishnasamy, who gave a 1-star review, had a dishwasher installed by WeDo that broke down after only eight uses. She claimed that the installation was faulty and that the connections were not properly done. A Bosch-appointed staff member inspected the issue and confirmed that the installation was indeed faulty. Despite this, WeDo failed to take responsibility or rectify the issue, leading to further frustration and inconvenience for the customer.
Lack of Communication and Follow-up
Krishnasamy also expressed disappointment with WeDo's lack of response to her concerns. She contacted the project coordinator, Giulia, multiple times by email and phone, but received no updates or acknowledgement of her complaint. This lack of communication has left her unable to use the kitchen while the issues remain unresolved.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, several customers had positive experiences with WeDo. Kerryn McBean, Carole G., Temima Hassen, and Ceridwen Filer all gave 5-star reviews, praising WeDo's professionalism, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. They appreciated the company's attention to detail, efficient project management, and high-quality workmanship.
Unsatisfactory Experience
Anne Tulloch had a poor experience with WeDo, giving the company a 1-star review. She felt that the company overcharged her and that the quality of work was not satisfactory. She also described a negative encounter with one of WeDo's staff members, whom she claimed was dismissive and unprofessional.
