Spargos Cafe + Bar began its journey in 1997 when a Polish entrepreneur, an Australian innovator, and an Italian chef joined forces. Their shared love for food and coffee became the foundation of a unique and welcoming space in the Westfield Marion Entertainment Complex.

Through the years, Spargos has evolved with the changing world of food and dining. We embrace diversity, catering to different dietary preferences with options like Gluten-Free pizzas and pastas. Our coffee is proudly roasted locally by Brasilla Coffee, while our fresh produce comes from trusted local suppliers like Franco's Fruit & Veg. We even celebrate the best of South Australian beverages, offering wines from our local vineyards.
