With your approval, we return to obtain measurements so we can develop 3D drawings for the concept plans. This is where you'll first see your dream coming to life on paper.

Details

When you love the ideas we create with you, your project team will conduct a site visit to create a detailed specification so we can calculate a fixed price for your project. This is where you can get creatively involved if you'd like to assist with some of the finer details in the specification, integrating your dreams into the design.

Approvals

Upon agreement on the final design, specifications and price, we will obtain relevant building and town planning permits, and then we can both sign your building contract. Katana will handle all the behind the scenes planning to ensure your project runs smoothly and professionally, and then we can get started.
