Review: I would give zero stars if I could for the way I was just spoken to on the phone by this manager. I didn't get what I asked for and was charged almost $500 here. I had my hair done previously with Mahiki and they had very reasonable service and prices. My experience yesterday however was the complete opposite. I asked for a freshen up for my balayage, and asked the stylist not to touch my roots as I had had them done weeks prior.
She proceeded to foil my roots and when I questioned it she replied for me "not to freak out". And that the toner would correct the colour. I trusted her and instead of a freshen up and trim I got a full head of foils, two toners and a two second trim that was $90 alone. My hair is a totally different colour than what I asked for and I no longer have balayage.
We even looked at pictures of what I wanted. The stylist didn't listen and then I was completely overcharged. When I tried to talk to the manager about it he was rude, talked over me and completely arrogant. Don't risk the visit.

Review: First time I was charged $400 for a short hair cut and of course the cut didn't match the picture I brought. She did a foil to the remaining top hairs since my hair was almost fade shaved it's that short. Even though I was upset and unhappy with the hair cut I didn't say anything because I know it won't change anything. 2 months later I went back and booked for foils only for the roots thinking it's a simple job but I was shocked with the result because it was so many colours on my head because she over fried my hair.
The bigger shock is the owner says "you're all done" so I asked I said how about all the different colours you've showed on my hair now she says "ohhh we need a toner to fix it" so if I didn't say anything she was gonna let me walk out with so many different shades on my head. Like why does she mention the toner after I ask, like save me and save your shop reputation even if you didn't care about my feelings or my look.
Even after the toner it didn't fix it at all but what can I do? Even then she charged me $233 and I paid it without asking any questions because I never ask or negotiate over money. I didn't care about the price all I wanted was a job well done not the disaster of a colour she let me walk out with like she made me look like a joke. Even people around my are shocked with the colour differences and when I tell them the price their jaws drop.
I am too shy to even drop off my daughter to school it's that bad. I'll never forgive her for her greed, she made me pay the price mentally before anything. I'd never recommend them to anyone. Save your money and your mental health and go some where else.
