At Lorus Building Approvals and Certification, we're proud to have been a part of the Australian building and development industry since November 2000. Our journey began in response to the de-regulation of building control functions in July 1998, which gave developers the freedom to choose between private certifiers and local Councils for their building approvals and certification services. We saw an opportunity to provide a comprehensive and efficient alternative to traditional Council-based certification, and LBAC was born.
