Positive Experiences
Some customers have reported having a great experience with the podiatry clinic, praising the friendly and helpful nature of the staff, particularly the owner Danielle Robertson. Aimee Lee Stromeier's mum had a fantastic experience with Danielle, who was able to help her with ongoing foot issues that other doctors had missed. Mark Stornelli was also impressed with the custom-made orthotics that resolved his balancing issue. Dianne simply stated that it's always a pleasure to go to Beyond Podiatry.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, some customers have had a terrible experience with the clinic. Puzur Amurri paid $500 to fix a minor ingrown toenail, but it grew back worse and painfully, and they were told they had to pay again. Su Young had a similar experience, stating that the owner Danielle and Maddison caused more harm to people's feet than good. Joanne Harding had a poor experience with sloppy communication between practices, juniors performing procedures, and a lack of follow-up, which resulted in her cutting her foot.
