Our services include lactation consulting, hypnotherapy, iron infusions, IUD insertion, and chronic health assistance, all provided in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are proud to have on-site X-Ray and allied health services, including psychologists, a dietitian, and a physiotherapist. Our clinic is equipped with two nursing procedure rooms and access to ECG and spirometry machines.

Our History
The Arkaba Medical Centre was established in 2004, when Fullarton Family Practice and Glenunga Clinic joined forces to offer patients more comprehensive care. We are proud to serve the Adelaide community and are committed to providing extended opening hours, longer appointments for complex issues, and home or nursing home visits for some patients. Our doctors are independent practitioners who use the facilities and services provided by the clinic. They share the clinic's values and are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

The majority of reviewers had a negative experience with the medical center, citing issues with reception staff, long wait times, and poor communication.
Staff and Communication
Reception staff were commonly described as rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. Some reviewers reported being charged extra fees for phone consultations or being threatened by staff if they didn't pay. Dr. Vik was the only staff member mentioned positively, with one reviewer praising their knowledge and ease of communication.
Wait Times and Booking
Long wait times were a common complaint, with one reviewer stating they had to wait at least 1-2 hours every time they visited. Booking appointments seemed to be an issue, with some reviewers being told they couldn't come into the clinic due to Covid rules or being charged extra for phone consultations.
Facilities and Convenience
One reviewer mentioned the convenience of the medical center's location, being next to blood test and x-ray facilities. However, this was the only positive comment about the facilities.
