Our Story
Our journey began in Perth, Australia, where our founder Albert Di Lallo opened his first salon at the Midland Markets. With a passion for delivering express, quality cuts, Albert saw a gap in the market for accessible hair services and decided to take the leap. Fast forward to today, and we're proud to have grown into a leading hair salon franchise in Australia, with over 20 locations across Western Australia and Queensland.

Customer Service Issues
Several customers expressed frustration with the salon's customer service. Some customers reported being forgotten or ignored while waiting for their appointment, with one customer waiting for an hour and a half before walking out. Others were unhappy with the lack of communication from the staff, with one customer being told they would have to wait 60 minutes for a haircut despite not having a booking.
Haircut Disasters
Some customers were unhappy with their haircuts, with one customer reporting that her daughter was left with a haircut that was "absolutely appalling" and "nothing like the photo" she provided. Another customer reported that her hair was unevenly colored and not fully black as requested, while a third customer was unhappy with the trim she received.
