Overall Experience

The online reviews of Waystone Clinic are mixed, with some clients having positive experiences, while others have negative ones. The clinic's services include psycho-educational assessments, ADHD assessments, and educational testing.

Concerns with Assessment Process

Some reviewers have expressed concerns with the assessment process. Sheila MacCready was looking for an assessment for dysgraphia for her son but was told that she would have to sign him up for a full psycho-educational assessment at a cost of $3,920, even though he had already done one recently. Laura Davidson also had issues with the assessment process, feeling that it was rushed and that the entire process was run by students, rather than medical professionals.

Positive Reviews

On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences with the clinic. Clement Todd, Olivia Elliot, Andrea Stevens, and Bennie Michaelson all had good experiences with the clinic, citing the professionalism of the staff, the ease of the testing process, and the helpfulness of the results.

Lack of Care and Expertise

However, E.D.'s review highlights some serious concerns with the clinic. They had a negative experience with Kyle Mueller, who missed a severe and prolonged disorder in their child's assessment and did not demonstrate compassion or expertise in dealing with their situation.
