The reviews for Penny, the agent, are mixed.
Positive Feedback
Only one reviewer, Martin Pelaez, had a positive experience with Penny. He simply noted that he installed a green concrete barrier for a new estate, without providing any further details.
Negative Feedback
J. Hull, on the other hand, had a highly negative experience with Penny. According to J., Penny grossly overvalued their property, which led them to sell. However, Penny failed to provide adequate exposure for their property on realestate-com, which J. claims is the most important property website in QLD. J. alleges that Penny only had a developer's licence, which meant they didn't pay enough to get each property individual listings. Despite multiple requests, the issue was never resolved. As a result, J.'s property received very few inspections and no interest, resulting in three months of lost rent. They were eventually forced to switch to a new agent, who managed to sell the property quickly and with more interest.
