Our chefs source their inspiration from all over India and present every dish with 21st-century innovation, maintaining a perfect balance between traditional and contemporary techniques.
Our Story
Our vision was born when Javed Khan, our founder, moved to Australia in 2000 with a clear vision to create a fine dining Indian restaurant modeled on the culture of excellence practiced in the iconic Indian hotels of Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata. After completing his hospitality training in the highly regarded Institute of Hotel Management in Kolkata, Javed began his passionate journey in the dining room and kitchen of the magnificent Oberoi Hotels. It was there that Javed first understood that excellence in food and service was a true art form.

Our Head Chef
Say hello to our Head Chef Kailash, who has been a part of the Delhi 'O' Delhi family since 2018. A degree holder in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute Of Hotel Managament, Gurdaspur, Chef Kailash grew up loving food and credits his passion for cooking to his family. With his extensive experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our kitchen.

Toilet Hygiene and Facilities
The reviewer Shalini Marwa was disappointed with the toilet facilities, stating that there was only one toilet for both males and females, and no baby changing facilities, which was unacceptable for a busy restaurant. She also mentioned that the floors were wet and not kept clean.
Food and Service
The restaurant received mixed reviews for its food and service. While some reviewers enjoyed their meals, others had negative experiences. George Singh praised the food, stating that it was great and non-halal, but felt that the service was slow and the function room was cramp and needed redecorating. Avtar Sandhu, on the other hand, had a positive experience, stating that the owner was helpful and the food, service, and atmosphere were all 5-star.
Customer Service and Food Quality
Several reviewers felt that the customer service was poor. Vikas Kamboj was unhappy with the high prices, including a charge for water, and stated that the service was poor. Gurpreet Kaur and Tarveen Kaur both received poor service and had issues with the taste and quality of their food. Bhavisha Rana was unhappy with the addition of chicken to her order, while Raoul and Bharath Kumar Ranjan had positive experiences with the service.
