We believe in fine attention to every last detail, with all trades staying on the job until we've made inspections to ensure everything is done to the high standards you deserve and we expect.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to cater to our clients' diverse needs. Whether you have a dream project in mind or need help bringing your ideas to life, we're here to assist you. Our services include:
- Initial Consultation: We offer a FREE consultation to discuss your project ideas and provide a rough estimate on the spot and a detailed quote within about 24 hours (depending on the size of the project).
- Design and Costing: We prepare a first draft of the design, along with a work schedule, fixed prices, and a guaranteed finish date (as appropriate).
- Permit Applications: We can deal with all authorities on your behalf for council or strata authority permissions before commencing work.
- Project Management: We can take care of every aspect of your project, from initial paperwork to final polishing.
- Forensic Inspection: If your project has gone off track, we can conduct a forensic inspection and work out what needs to be done to bring the job back on the rails.

Unsatisfactory Experiences
At least three separate individuals have expressed their dissatisfaction with Charas Construction. Ris L. is particularly upset about the company's boarding house development in Coogee, which they believe is ruining the street and disrespecting the community. They feel that the owner of the company wouldn't tolerate such a development near their own home but is happy to impose it on others. Ris L. also notes that the company is willing to fight against Council and community opposition, forcing ratepayers to pay for their own persecution.
Mark Lancaster has had a similarly negative experience with Charas Construction, citing numerous problems and sub-standard work quality. He warns others to "steer clear" of the company.

However, Hakan Aydin has had a positive experience with Charas Construction, describing them as "trustworthy and professional".
