Disappointing Experience with Electrician
Unreliability and Lack of Communication
The reviewer, Debby Berryman, had a frustrating experience with an electrician named Luke. After a small fire in their roof, they contacted Luke, who promised to come out the same day to fix the issue. However, when they rang him at 6pm, he claimed to be held up and only offered to come out "some time this week".
Missed Expectations and Inconvenience
