Service Quality
The service provided by Sam and the company was generally good, with one reviewer stating that Sam was punctual, knowledgeable, and honest, and that the service given could not be faulted. However, the other reviewer had a vastly different experience, stating that the company was uncommunicative, unprofessional, and failed to complete the job within the expected timeframe.
Communication
