Staff and Reception
The reception staff were praised for being helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They provided excellent service, offered advice and recommendations, and were efficient in booking appointments.
Doctors

Appointments and Experience
Patients appreciated the ease of booking appointments, and the fact that they could get appointments when needed. Some doctors were commended for being on time or even early, and for taking the necessary COVID precautions.
