Cindy Willet - Senior Accountant
Cindy, a seasoned accountant with over 20 years of experience, joined Schnelle Partners after the merger with The Next Step in 2011. Cindy has worked in the accounting industry since 2003, with an initial stint at a Bega-based firm. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree and specialises in handling a diverse range of clients, including farmers, medical professionals, retailers, manufacturers, and rental property owners. Accredited in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Reckon One, Cindy excels in MYOB, Xero, and Reckon.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys traveling, attending music concerts, gardening, and visiting her nephews in Melbourne.
Ryan Gilbert - Director
Ryan, along with his wife Alice, became the new owners of Schnelle Partners in 2022. With more than a decade of local accounting experience, Ryan pursued a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at Charles Sturt University and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. Ryan's strong drive to assist clients and see the positive impact of his work make him a valuable addition to our team.
Ryan's expertise includes cloud accounting for improved efficiency and creates a comprehensive software solution. He holds accreditations in Xero, Reckon, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB.
Michaela Adams - Chartered Accountant
Michaela, a Chartered Accountant with close to 20 years of experience, joined Schnelle Partners in 2020. With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, Michaela excels in tax minimisation strategies and advising small businesses. Moreover, she handles individual and business tax returns, including sole traders, partnerships, companies, and trusts, across industries such as farming, defence, transportation, education, and retail. Accredited as a Xero advisor, Michaela specialises in Xero and MYOB.
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys traveling, horse riding, operating her family Connemara pony stud, and spending time with her three cats and loved ones.

Jett Rothe - Trainee Accountant
Jett joined Schnelle Partners in February 2022 as a Trainee Accountant, pursuing his Bachelor of Accounting at Charles Sturt University. At Schnelle Partners, Jett collaborates closely with the team, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge.
