Disappointing Experiences
The reviewers have shared mixed experiences with Pesky Possum. Some have reported poor professionalism, overcharging, and unhelpful staff. Josh M. was left waiting for an hour only to be told that the technician was too busy to help, and then the company refused to let a trapped pigeon out of the roofing. Anthea Hendriks was charged $220 for an inspection but didn't receive any treatment, and when she questioned the charge, she was told she had to pay for a quote. Linda Daniel found the company unhelpful and unwilling to provide a face-to-face quote, instead requiring an aerial photo.
Exceptions
On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences. Maria-Nella Millar and Kate Cloonan both had excellent services, with the technicians being helpful and effective in removing the pests. Yue Hern Tong Emileo praised Captain Bill and Julieanne for their top-notch communication and efficient service. Paul Considine and Daniel Pietrobon also had positive experiences, with the technicians being friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Technical Issues
A few reviewers have mentioned technical issues. G. Walks was overcharged and felt that the company might be using sub-contractors to cut costs. Nifesimi Osiyeni was unhappy with the treatment, which did not seem to be effective in removing the pests.
