Our Team
Our team of veterinarians are highly experienced and up to date with the latest veterinary advances. Our principal veterinarian, Dr Tony Doherty, graduated from the University of Dublin in 1990 with a honours degree. He has worked in various countries, including Ireland, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, and has a particular interest in feline medicine and ophthalmology.
Dr Dylan Lau graduated from the University of Queensland in 2020 with a honours degree. He has previously worked as a Veterinary Technician and has a domestic short hair cat named Panda. His area of particular interest is feline medicine and surgery.
Georgie Ryan, our vet nurse, grew up in the Sunshine Coast and has always loved animals. She has two cats (Burrito and Little Puss) and a kelpie dog (Bella). Georgie enjoys the variety of work with small animals and horses at the clinic.
Paige Johnstons is our veterinary nurse trainee and enjoys the many and varied aspects of veterinary nursing. She hopes to shortly commence her formal Veterinary Nursing training. Melissa Taylor is our senior small animal veterinary nurse, with 10 years of experience in Mornington, Victoria, before moving to the Sunshine Coast.
