Staff and Communication
The staff at the Ooralea clinic have received high praise for their kindness, compassion, and excellent communication skills. Dr. Al Grant, in particular, has been commended for his excellent communication before and after an orthopaedic operation on a large dog. The clinic's staff have also been praised for their caring and accommodating nature, especially in difficult times such as when a pet needs to be put down.
