Welcome to Botanical, your one-stop-shop for all things floral and botanical in Hobart. Founded by Kate Sice, a seasoned flower industry professional with over 25 years of experience, Botanical started as a daydream and has since blossomed into a thriving business. Kate's vision was to provide Hobart with stylish, simple flowers, beautifully presented with a classic edge.
Botanical's journey began in 2014 when the perfect shop front became available. Within three days, Kate transformed a rundown shop with a gorgeous pressed tin ceiling into 'The Baby Shop', a quirky flower studio in Hobart's historical CBD. In 2019, Botanical moved to a larger premises, a beautiful white corner shopfront, also with a pressed tin ceiling, at 187 Warwick Street, West Hobart. The new store is eight times the size of the original one, incorporating a much larger shop front, working studio, and gift store, complete with a forest of indoor plants, orchids, and fabulous florals.
