Issues with Service
Kara Mackie, a small business owner, had a terrible experience with Wagdi Andrawis, the owner of Silver Peacock (SP), regarding a disputed invoice. Despite repeated requests for a correct invoice, Wagdi refused to provide one, and also refused to lodge the company's statement for FY23. Kara was shocked by Wagdi's aggressive behavior and refusal to answer questions about the invoice. The issue was eventually resolved, but not before Wagdi made bullying remarks and Kara felt intimidated.
