Meditation Solutions is a leading provider of online and in-person meditation and mindfulness training for groups and individuals in Australia. We specialise in workplace and public courses, workshops, and private consultations, with the aim of making meditation and mindfulness accessible and understandable for people new to meditation. Our approach is practical, straightforward, and nonreligious, viewing meditation as a skill that can be practised anywhere.
We are proud to be one of several Australian meditation training providers who share this approach. Our director, Paul Majewski, has taught meditation and mindfulness since 1994 in various settings, including the legal, medical, and rehabilitation fields, in Melbourne, Canberra, and Perth. Paul has co-curated five national meditation conferences and is a former vice-president of the Meditation Association of Australia.
