Our treatments include Remedial Massage, Holistic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Pregnancy Massage. Each of these treatments is specifically designed to address various physical, emotional, and psychological conditions, promoting overall wellbeing and relaxation.
Our mission is to bring balance to the individual in whatever form it is needed, be it physically or emotionally, using therapeutic massage, natural medicines, and energy balancing. We believe that vital energy is essential for adapting to life's changes and that it is essential to maintain a strong internal energy to cope with stress, illness, physical pain, and changes in home or work life.
Therapeutic Massage
Our massages are designed to bring both immediate and long-term rejuvenation to the physical and emotional body. Our treatments include:
- Remedial/Therapeutic Massage: This treatment helps relieve pain in specific areas specific to the client. Medium to deep pressure levels are used depending on the client's needs and the condition of the muscles.
- Holistic Massage: This treatment combines therapeutic massage techniques and energy healing, using reiki, breathing techniques, energy balancing, and Tibetan singing bowls and smudging techniques.
- Hot Stone Massage: This treatment uses beautiful stones sourced from New Zealand and Hawaii, along with warm oil. The stones are strategically placed on the body and massaged deeply into the muscle tissue.
- Pregnancy Massage: This treatment focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes leading up to childbirth.
Herbal Medicine and Bach Flowers
Our centre is also home to experienced Herbalist, Alex Page, who has been studying Herbal Medicine and Nutrition since 1998. Alex has been a registered Herbalist with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society since 2001. Alex specialises in the treatment of stress, anxiety, and depression, both acute and chronic. She takes a no-nonsense approach to her patients, aiming to educate them on what they will be prescribed and why.
