At Zest Pilates, our mission is to promote quality of life through movement. We understand that every individual has unique goals and needs, and our friendly and personable staff cater to each client's physical and emotional requirements. Our studio is equipped with a wide range of equipment, including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Mat, Power Plate, and various small props, allowing us to offer a diverse range of exercises tailored to each client's needs.
Our Services
We offer private or semi-private sessions, with a maximum of 4 clients per instructor, ensuring personalized attention and guidance. Each session runs for 60 minutes, and our physiotherapy services are available by appointment, which are claimable on health insurance. Our Pilates programs are designed to cater to various needs, including rehabilitation, fitness, and men's Pilates.
Rehabilitation
Pilates was first developed as a means of rehabilitation in the early 20th Century, and since the turn of the 21st Century, clinicians worldwide have recognised the powerful therapeutic benefits of core stabilisation. At Zest Pilates, we work closely with manual therapists to aid and improve therapy outcomes. Our studio is an ideal environment for rehabilitation, allowing our instructors to focus on individual needs and help with a diverse range of ailments, including neck and shoulder tension, tennis/golfers elbow, postural correction, low back pain, decreased core control, short hamstrings, and disc degeneration.
Fitness
Pilates is a highly principled, intelligent method of exercise that teaches you to move better in general, increasing body awareness, enhancing performance, and minimising the risk of injury. Our fully qualified instructors increase and decrease resistance to suit your fitness level, ensuring a challenging yet enjoyable workout.
Men's Pilates
We understand that men's fitness needs are unique, and our men's Pilates program is designed to cater to their specific requirements. Our instructors work closely with each client to improve flexibility, strength, and overall fitness, helping men achieve their health and wellness goals.
