Our directors, Simon Hillier and Richard Ellis, have a combined experience of over 40 years in the accounting and business advisory industry. Simon Hillier
Simon Hillier is the Managing Director of Hillier Ellis. He joined the firm in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and business advisory industry. Simon has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. He is also a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Registered Tax Agent. Simon is married to Sylvia and they have two sons who are involved in cricket and rugby union.
Richard Ellis
Richard Ellis is a Director of Hillier Ellis. He joined the firm in 2002 and has over 15 years of experience in the accounting and business advisory industry. Richard has a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Taxation Institute of Australia. He is also an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and a Registered Tax Agent. Richard is married to his wife and they have three children. In his spare time, Richard enjoys tennis and bike riding.
