Who We Are

Mindful Directions is a clinical psychology practice in Canberra, ACT, founded by experienced clinical psychologist Marion Swetenham MAPS. We are dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based interventions for a range of mental health concerns, including pain management, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and mindfulness meditation.
