Meet Your Builder

Should you choose to build with Promenade Homes, you will get to know Rob very well. With over 40 years of experience in the Perth building industry, there isn't much Rob doesn't know about designing and building custom homes. Rob will work side by side with your designer or architect to ensure your new home matches your original vision and make recommendations along the way to help ensure an economical build.

About Us

Promenade Homes was created to offer clients a better way to build their home. My wife Shelley and I spent over 30 years working for project builders and saw an opportunity to get clients more involved in the building process. We wanted to allow clients to meet the trades responsible for building their home, to have conversations on-site about how their home was being built, and importantly, we wanted to be flexible enough to make changes along the way. This was the premise behind Promenade Homes, and in the years since then, we have been true to our word.
