Our weekly or fortnightly bookkeeping services are designed to help you stay on top of your finances. For a fixed weekly fee, we can provide a range of services, including:
- Cross-matching of daily takings, receipts, and payments with banking, credit cards, EFTPOS, and till receipts
- Data entry of all income and expenses, and weekly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Invoicing to customers and tracking of accounts receivable
- Data entry of all supplier invoices - reconcile supplier statements and invoices with a weekly payables listing
- Payment of all supplier invoices on a weekly or fortnightly basis, or as required
- Preparation of weekly or fortnightly payroll and payment of wages
- Payment of all super for staff on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Maintenance of staff records for super, annual leave, sick leave entitlements, etc.
- Preparation of your monthly or quarterly BAS, including reporting of PAYG withholding tax for employees
- Profit and loss reports, upon request
- Fully reconciled financial information on disc to your accountant at the end of the financial year for preparation of tax return and liaise with the accountant as necessary
