Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our 9 Minute Fitness WELLth program is a daily exercise program that can be done from the comfort of your own home, using Zoom technology or in person with COVID-19 safe classes. Our online program is perfect for those who are busy, have limited mobility, or prefer to exercise in the comfort of their own space.

We also offer a 30-minute cardio, core, and strength exercise program, both online and in person. Our programs are designed to be fun, challenging, and tailored to your individual needs and fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, we'll provide you with the support and guidance you need to reach your goals.
