My Story
My transformation began when I left behind a successful corporate IT career, feeling burnt out and unfulfilled. It was a scary and uncertain time, but I knew that I had to take a leap of faith and pursue a direction that would bring me joy and purpose. Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of holistic therapies, such as Reiki, Flower Essence Therapy, and Indian Head Massage, which not only helped me find relief from stress and anxiety but also guided me toward a deeper understanding of myself and the world around me.
The Targeted Transformation Program
Based on my own experiences and extensive training as a Holistic Counselor and Reiki Master, I have developed the Targeted Transformation Program, a unique approach that combines my expertise in holistic therapies with my understanding of the human psyche. This program is designed to support individuals in overcoming their personal challenges and achieving their goals, whether it be finding greater purpose and fulfillment or simply coping with the stresses of everyday life.
Reiki and Holistic Healing
Reiki is a powerful tool for personal transformation, and I have had the privilege of training with some of the most renowned Reiki Masters in the world. Through my Reiki Training Programs, I have helped countless individuals find relief from stress, anxiety, and illness, and develop a deeper sense of inner peace and connection to themselves and the world around them.

As a Holistic Counselor, I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to my work, creating a safe space for individuals to explore their challenges and work through them. Through a combination of holistic therapies, coaching, and guidance, I empower individuals to break free from old patterns and behaviors, develop new habits and coping mechanisms, and find renewed hope and optimism.
Qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and Mind-Body Medicine and am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. I am also an Advanced Indian Head Massage Practitioner and a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA) and the Australian Reiki Connection (ARC).
