Position: Director

Martin is one of the partners of Smart Steps Accounting and has over 21 years of experience in accounting. He has worked in several prominent accounting firms on the Sunshine Coast and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in taxation, financial planning, and business advice.

Michelle Civitarese

Qualifications: CPA, BBus (Acc)

Position: Partner

Michelle is one of our partners and has extensive experience in areas such as self-managed superannuation funds, GST advice, structuring, and business advice and support. She is a passionate fit enthusiast and loves to travel and enjoy a good glass of red wine.

Our Office Administrator

Chris is the backbone of our team, providing administration and accounting support to our partners and clients. She is a passionate AFL follower and loves to keep fit and active.
