- A young vet didn't seem comfortable with a lab after a nervous bark and insisted on fitting a muzzle.
- A vet insisted on a general anaesthetic to clip nails before even trying.
- A male vet was extremely rude to a client and her dog, and also cut open a friend's dog's wrong leg.
