1. Providing a brief overview of our services and the project process from conception through to completion

2. Conducting a briefing meeting at our office to listen to your ideas, needs, and aspirations and record the project brief

3. Assisting you in setting the overarching vision for the project and helping drive optimal outcomes

4. Developing your project brief into a design concept, which will be costed and viewable in 3D

5. Collaborating with you on any necessary adjustments and refining the design concept

6. Coordinating the construction of your design, focusing on speed, reliability, communication, and craftsmanship

7. Providing a care and maintenance package to help you look after your home for years to come

8. Conducting a final handover and presenting you with the keys to your dream luxury home
