Professionalism and Effectiveness
The reviews are mixed, but many praise the professionalism and effectiveness of the team at Kids and Teens. Karl Lightfoot raves about the team's professionalism, stating they are "highly professional and truly love what they do". Karen and Thusitha Amarakoon also had positive experiences, with Karen noting that the team has helped their child overcome anxiety and Thusitha Amarakoon having no hesitation in recommending them.
Unmet Expectations
However, some reviewers were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Tracie Young feels misled, stating that the team says they accept mental health plans but still charges a large deductible fee. Jackie was refused further appointments for her children due to her low income, feeling that this was unfair.
Key Issues
The main issues raised in these reviews are concerns about the cost of sessions, accessibility for low-income families, and potential miscommunication about insurance coverage.
