Our Services
We offer a range of services to young people, up to 25 years of age, who may be experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety and stress, depression, anger, adjustment difficulties, self-harm, drug and alcohol-related issues, trauma, developmental and learning difficulties, attachment-related issues, and many more. Our services are designed to help our clients develop coping strategies, build resilience, and improve their overall mental health and wellbeing.
How We Work
At Keeping in Mind Psychology, we understand that accessing our services can be a daunting task, which is why we strive to make it as easy and straightforward as possible. You don't need a formal referral to access our services, although a referral and Mental Health Care Plan are required to claim Medicare rebates. If you're wanting to engage privately, you can call or email us yourself, complete our "Contact Us" form, or have someone contact us on your behalf.
We also offer services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to self-managed and plan-managed participants. Our fees are competitive, and we offer discounts for Health Care Card holders and full-time students. We're committed to transparency, and our team is happy to chat with you about our fees and policies.
