Review: I had to undergo a mandatory psych assessment prior to major surgery. Nicola Moine who I seen was excellent. I had paid out alot of money to another local psychologist who just flat out lied about the consultation. When confronted with her lie she refused to see me. Totally unprofessional. I knew of Flourish due to it being in my daughter's. apartment complex.
I told Nicola I was nervous and upset as she had my future physical health in her hands. She told me she'd be totally transparent but I'd been burnt before, and admit, I was nervous. I'm pleased to say that the assessment Nicola gave me for my surgery was thorough and 5 pages long. It was over and above what I expected and hoped for, and I say that as someone with a psychology degree and postgrad in forensic mental health.
I highly recommend Flourish to anyone needing a good, thorough and realistic psychological service. Literally everyone was incredibly friendly from other psychologists to reception staff to Nicola.
