Service and Quality Issues

Ale Cortese and Payal Nand both reported being made to feel unwelcome or unimportant due to being told they had to wait or didn't fit in with the salon's priorities. Charlotte and Eliza Breusch experienced long wait times and were unhappy with the rushed and rough treatment they received during their appointments. This highlights a lack of professionalism and attention to detail at the salon.
Product and Technical Issues
Author Ale Cortese was unhappy with the staff's inability to repair her badly broken fingernail and was told to return in two hours. Author Alison Hogan was unhappy with the quality of her manicure, which peeled off within 36 hours. Additionally, Eliza Breusch reported that four of her shellac nails were already chipped just three days after application, indicating a problem with the product or application technique.
Booking and Appointment Issues
Several reviewers have experienced booking and appointment issues. Charlotte had to wait for 20 minutes past her scheduled appointment time, and Alison Hogan was left waiting 25 minutes despite having booked in advance. Payal Nand was forced to wait while walk-ins were prioritized over booked appointments. This lack of respect for clients' time is unacceptable and can damage the salon's reputation.
