How Does Pilates Work?

- Pilates Studio: Our equipment-based Pilates studio is fully equipped with reformers, trapeze tables, and other Pilates equipment. Our studio is a safe and comfortable space for you to practice Pilates and achieve your fitness goals.
- Private Classes: Our private classes are tailored to your individual needs and goals. You will receive one-on-one guidance from our qualified Pilates practitioner and a personalised program that is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
- Small Group Pilates Mat Classes: Our small group Pilates mat classes are limited to six participants, ensuring that you receive personalised attention and guidance. Our mat classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and posture.

- Pilates Matwork Exercises: Our Pilates matwork exercises can be done at home and are a great way to begin experiencing the benefits of Pilates. From the beautiful stretch of a "book opener" to the correct technique of a Pilates curl up, our quick and easy tutorial videos can help you get started.
