Our online programs are designed to improve your overall functional fitness, whether you're training in the gym or at home. Each program is purposefully designed with our evidence-based training method that has consistently gotten results for our clients for over 5 years.

Our online programs offer a variety of options to suit your individual needs and goals. We understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, and we are committed to providing you with the resources and support you need to succeed.

Personal Training

At B1st Fitness, we offer personal training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our personal training programs are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. We believe that everyone's fitness journey is unique, and we are committed to providing you with the resources and support you need to succeed.

Our personal training sessions are designed to help you improve your technique, build strength, increase endurance, and achieve your overall fitness goals. Our trainers are experienced and knowledgeable, and they are committed to helping you achieve your best.

We offer a variety of personal training options to suit your individual needs and budget. Our one-on-one training sessions are $65 per hour, two-on-one training sessions are $40 per hour, and group training sessions are available for $30 per hour or less.
