Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues
The cleanliness of the apartments was a major concern for several reviewers. Ash mentioned that the kitchenware needed a good clean, while Alfie had a horrific experience with dirty pillows, towels, and cutlery. The ironing board was also broken and dirty upon arrival. Lakeisha Jong reported slippery floors, dirty doors, and a kitchen infested with bugs.
False Advertising and Misrepresentation
Many reviewers felt that the apartments were not as advertised. Rand Younes claimed that the photos on the website were misleading, and the rooms were not cleaned prior to their arrival. Lakeisha Jong stated that the apartment was nothing like the photos and lacked basic amenities like aircon, fans, and proper doors.
Problems with Appliances and Amenities
Several reviewers experienced issues with appliances and amenities. Zynklive reported that the power sockets in the master bedroom didn't work, and the hot water didn't last long enough for a family of six. Alfie mentioned that the towels felt dirty and were not replaced. Lakeisha Jong said that the dishwasher pods had bugs in them, and the cupboards were falling apart.
Poor Customer Service
Reviewers were unhappy with the customer service they received. Rand Younes felt that the manager, Colin, was rude and didn't welcome them well. Lakeisha Jong reported that the apartment manager didn't seem to care about their complaints and did nothing to rectify the situation.
